Monte Carlo hotel and casino to Reopen Feb. 15
The MGM Mirage will reopen the Monte Carlo hotel and casino this Friday Feb. 15th. The casino was closed due to a fire caused be sparks from welders working on the roof. The resort will reopen with east 1,200 guest rooms and most of the guest services, which include the casino, meeting and convention facilities, the wedding chapel, most of the restaurants, the spa and Lance Burton’s magic show. Another 1,300 rooms are scheduled to open on Feb.22nd, and also the buffet and the Monte Carlo Brew Pub are to be opened on the same date. The casino is using the opportunity to redesign the last 500 rooms that were damaged most by the fire no word yet on when these rooms will be reopened. |
